Peter Shine
With over a decade of service to Beyond Design Group, Peter has built a strong relationship with the business and its clients. His comprehensive experience over these 10 years has allowed him to refine his skills as a designer and manage projects in a cost and time‐efficient manner. By delivering a calm and positive nature, this allows him to comfortably communicate with clients and bridge the gap when it comes to negotiating with councils. Above all, he has an ingrained desire to always achieve the best results for his clients.
Hailing from the northern suburbs and now calling the western suburbs home, Peter has a deep understanding and appreciation of the areas he works in. Throughout his tenure at BDG and primarily working within the planning department, he has extensive knowledge about the planning process and a fundamental understanding of the planning schemes across all municipalities within Victoria.
Luke Ritchie‐Hadyn
Commencing employment with Beyond Design as a bright‐eyed 20‐year‐old, Luke has accumulated a depth of knowledge about the industry over this period and has come to understand the inner workings of the business and the expectations his clients demand.
Residing from the northern suburbs, Luke possesses not only professional expertise but also a profound understanding and appreciation for the community and area where he carries out his work, establishing a genuine connection with the area and its residents.
Primarily working within the building department throughout his tenure at Beyond Design, Luke has acquired extensive knowledge about the building process, focusing on delivering the best documentation to builders to execute projects. In a forever changing industry and the need to adapt to new challenges and regulations, Luke is dedicated to finding to innovative and cost‐effective solutions through his collaboration with our team of trusted consultants.
